Sometimes we focus on relaxation meditations so much to help us unwind from whatever has 'happened' to us that we (unintentionally) skip over how we can set ourselves up for the day ahead - in a relaxed way.

This practice helps you settle in and then intentionally bring forward a state, quality, or internal experience you would like to intentionally cultivate to support you through your day/week/season.

Grounded in your own experience, this works with a bit of neuroscience - intentionally identifying what you'd like to experience more of helps your reticular activating system of your brain identify it more easily as you go about your day.
