Monitor & Acceptance Theory states that when we only monitor and become more and more aware of our experience, it risks heightening our stress around that experience.

Enter: Acceptance. (Not 'giving up'). Acceptance allows us to acknowledge what the experience is, and that it IS our experience - necessary for us to then do something with.

This practice uses "OK" as a tool through a guided meditation relaxation practice to address experiences (thoughts, sensations etc) as they try to show up and interrupt your relaxation - so you can find space and rest for your system, without dismissing what your mind determines as important.
