Sometimes practicing relaxation is exactly what our system needs in order to LEARN how to relax.

This guided relaxation meditation creates a sense of relaxation melting over your body from your head to your toes. It offers you a focus point - a sensation of warmth - as it travels over your body. You then have the choice if you want to visualise something tangible - like a ball of colour or light, or a texture like butter - that is moving that sensation, or if you leave it as an awareness practice (similar to how you would in a body scan).

It's yours, where you still get to experience the practice of relaxation, with a visual that suits your preference.
