This week is a quick practice you can do almost anywhere - so long as you're comfortable and it's safe enough. 

This practice involves, from a comfortable position, to utilise tension in the muscles to help you release tension. 

Sometimes when we have tension, it feels counter-intuitive to purposely tense and add more, but this practice focuses on using that purposeful tensing to reconnect brain and body, so that when you do switch off that 'squeeze', your physical body is much more easily able to release some of that lingering tension causing you pain and issues.
