0:00-8:30: This practice begins with an education component, to teach you how to practice the diaphragmatic breath, also referred to as the belly breath. This includes helping you to understand less useful breathing habits, what is happening and what you're feeling for when you belly breathe, how you can develop your diaphragmatic breathing practice, and what you need to look out for to ensure it is more helpful for your personal practice, rather than practicing it in a way that has the opposite effect than what you're doing it for.

8:30 onwards: At the 8:30 point, we begin your practice: I guide you into the space, and through your breathing practice. This includes counting the breath before we finish up. 

Simple, but a reminder that we often bypass the simple practices that can have the most positive effect.
