Struggle to find mindfulness in your busy life? 

I've worked my entire career helping business owners, Defence members, and athletes find ways to practice mindfulness and meditation in ways that felt accessible to them. 

Because of this, I'm so excited to announce the podcast subscription side of Get Jasched - Get Jasched Meditation+, a monthly subscription to a library of guided meditations and mindfulness moments.

I use deliberate language choices and structure, and practices that are research-backed so you can find your own practice of mindfulness and meditation - helping you to explore through the colour and noise of your mind. 

I'll be providing regular new meditations here for you to follow along with and try out - knowing that you can always come back to the ones you like the most at any stage, as long as you're subscribed!

All you need to do is select 'subscribe' to the Get Jasched Meditation+ option, fill in your details and you'll have access for as long as you have your monthly subscription active.
